Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancelling work depends on where you bought Tractor GPS. There are two places, and each has its own seller and its own rules:

  • Bought in the app (App Store) — you subscribed inside the iPhone or iPad app. Apple is the seller and Apple issues the refunds.
  • Bought on our website — you subscribed at get.tractorgps.com. Oran Dynamics Ltd, the company that makes Tractor GPS, is the seller, and we issue the refunds.

Not sure which? Look at the receipt. A website purchase is charged in US dollars, by card or Apple Pay, and its receipt was emailed to the address you bought with. An App Store purchase is billed by Apple, and appears in your Apple ID's purchase history.

Bought in the app (App Store)

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or iPad app are sold through the App Store, which means Apple is the seller and Apple issues the refunds. This section explains how to cancel, how to ask Apple for a refund, and what we will do when Apple says no.

Try it before you pay

Every subscription bought in the app starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you get a reminder before it does. Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing.

That is deliberate: a guidance app either works in your field, with your machine and your receiver, or it does not, and a week in the tractor tells you more than any refund policy.

Cancelling

Cancel any time, from the phone:

  1. iOS Settings → your name (at the top)
  2. Subscriptions
  3. Tractor GPS → Cancel Subscription

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your fields, boundaries and work logs are not deleted.

We cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you, because Apple holds it — but if the steps above are not working, email us and we will walk you through it.

Refunds

Because Apple is the seller, refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple:

  • reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription, find Tractor GPS, and choose "Request a refund".
  • Or in iOS Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.

Apple decides these, not us. We have no ability to issue or refuse a refund on Apple's behalf, and we are not told when you ask for one.

When Apple says no

Write to us anyway: [email protected].

We cannot overturn Apple's decision, but if you were charged for something that genuinely did not work — a renewal you had cancelled and Apple did not register, a subscription that never unlocked, a fault on our side we could not fix — we will support your case with Apple in writing, and we will keep helping until it is sorted. Tell us what happened and include the Apple ID email address on the purchase.

Bought on our website

Subscriptions bought at get.tractorgps.com are sold by Oran Dynamics Ltd, makers of Tractor GPS, and charged in US dollars, by card or Apple Pay. Apple is not involved, so the App Store steps above do not apply: a website subscription is not in iOS Settings, and Apple cannot refund it.

14-day money-back guarantee

  • Paid $89 for the year up front: the 14 days start the day you paid.
  • Started with $1 for 7 days: cancel before day 7 and you are never charged the $89. We email you a reminder on day 5. If you are charged, the 14 days start on that day.

Asking for a refund

Use the form at get.tractorgps.com/refund:

  1. Enter the email you bought with. We email you a link, valid for 30 minutes.
  2. Open the link, check the purchase, and tap Confirm refund request.

The $89 goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 2 business days.

If the form does not work for you, reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected] from the address you bought with. A real person answers.

Cancelling or updating your card

Go to get.tractorgps.com/manage and enter the email you used to buy. We email you a secure link to cancel, update your card, or see your plan.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your fields, boundaries and work logs are not deleted. Cancelling on its own does not refund anything — for that, see the guarantee above.

Your statutory rights

Wherever you bought, if you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and rights if something is faulty or not as described. Nothing on this page takes those away. Where the law gives you more than the process on this page does — Apple's or ours — the law wins, and we will help you exercise it.
